We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

The fees shown on the Prices page are intended as a good faith estimate of the costs involved based upon the information known to us at the time of the reservation. It may not represent the actual cost of the trip.

Last minute reservations must be confirmed verbally, not just by leaving a message (we may be in a no cell phone area). If you do not hear from us please be sure to call back within two hours.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or changes must be made at least two hours before the car is scheduled to be dispatched to you.
Cancellations that are sent by email or phone and don’t GET A RESPONSE back from us are not valid,
it means we didn’t get the message or email and we will make the trip, therefore client will be charged.
Please make sure you get a CONFIRMATION from us of cancellation.

For ‘Day’ or ‘Night on the Town’, billing starts from the time we leave our garage and ends when we return to our garage. Parking and tolls are additional.

Special long distance trips will also be charged by the hour.

Regarding Complimentary Rides, Discounts, or Specials; these rides do not take the place of rides already paid for and are not valid between midnite and 6 am unless we have negotiated otherwise.
